This vehicle-mounted IMSI catcher system utilizes core GSM, WCDMA, and LTE base station technologies to implement communication control over mobile terminals within its coverage area. The system captures IMSI/IMEI data and provides accurate terminal location capabilities.
System Components & Operation
The complete system includes a main unit, antenna array, battery pack, and hand-held signal strength indicator. The main components are installed in an SUV (main unit and battery in the trunk, antennas on the roof) and controlled via a mobile application for intuitive operation.
When the system successfully captures a target, the app provides continuous, stable readings and precise directional information. Operators can use the hand-held signal strength indicator to refine detection and pinpoint the exact location of target terminals.
